Applications now being accepted for the William Pope Campership Fund The William Pope Campership may be awarded to Scouts who earn ½ or more of the camp fee themselves and come from low-income families. The William Pope Camperships are provided through donations made in memory of William Pope, who was a Boy Scout in Troop 424. One program experience per applicant, either for Boy Scout / Cub Scout / Webelos Residential Camp or Day Camps per year. The Scout must earn ½ the fee in order to be awarded this scholarship.
